What are my duties?
INSTALLATION TRAINING, VALIDATION & DOCUMENTATION.
Perform installation training accompanied by assay investigation in a specified period according to recommended procedure once engineering installation is finished. Make sure that client training on the instrument is in adherence with all the protocols that are defined to boost the telephone fix rate in post sales interval.G ain customer confidence ensuring smooth functioning of the instrument. Make sure proper assay identification and documentation. Its, & mandatory calibrators & Quality control materials to have quicker & easy installation.
DELIVER SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT IN ADHERENCE TO DEFINED PROCESSES
Resolving clients Scientific and technical problems escalated by the CR team. Demonstrating ownership, drive customer satisfaction in these types of calls. Ensures close coordination with the Service team for timely closing of escalated calls. Stick to this specified Scientific Support KPI’s. Make sure essential documentation on time in EBART.
Concentrate on the very best customers as defined by the region so as to develop a professional relationship and eventually become the ambassadors of Siemens technology and assays at these top sites. Drive method penetration in coordination with the Customer Relationship team to create incremental assay sales.
MEDICAL & TECHNICAL EDUCATION
As local regional champions, deliver customer education workshops in order to showcase our technologies.
PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
Assist Sales team by delivering a professional product demonstration. Showcasing Siemens technologies for the benefit of the client.
What do I need to qualify for this particular job?
- MSC Bio-Medical/Bio-Chemistry
- 3 to 8 years experience in one/more of the aforementioned credentials
